These periodic leases are leases established for a certain number of months, years or days. While most standard leases typically last 12 months, there are several different properties within the Community that offer shorter-term leases. Payments are due on the 1st of each month, in accordance with the payment plan set out in the lease agreement. An individual lease offers each resident their own separate lease and responsibility for their prevailing rents and parking fees. By signing an individual rental agreement, you only take responsibility for your rents and rental conditions and you will not be held responsible for any overdue amounts due by your roommate. RENTAL CONDITIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS An application for accommodation must be submitted by any person aged 18 or over and occupying the rental unit. To obtain a domicile in the Community, each applicant must meet the following rent requirements and qualifications. The „applicant“ is defined as the person who will sign the lease as a „resident“. „Guarantor“ in these criteria is defined as the person who will sign the warranty contract. Below are the current rental requirements and qualifications. Nothing in these requirements warrants or guarantees that all residents currently residing in the community, including roommates who will occupy the rental unit with a resident, have met these requirements. There may be residents or residents who have applied for the stay in the municipality before the specified requirements come into force.
We are not responsible for and do not undertake to check the criminal background of residents, residents, guests or contractors in the community. To book your rental unit, you must also sign a lease. The lease is a mandatory contract between you and the landlord. Your rental agreement is only executed by the landlord when all qualifications are met, your criminal history has been checked, and your application for housing has been accepted. If your accommodation application is rejected, the rental agreement is not executed by the management and you expire all non-refundable fees paid at the time of application.
