18. The Storer is responsible for losses, damages or injuries, whether to the storer, FO, ease or third parties caused by the use of space by the Storer, its agents or the CPA, or who are responsible for the use of the space (including, but not only for the storage of goods in space, the goods themselves and/or access). Space – the storage indicated above the sheet, or another storage that we can indicate to condition 11 If you are preparing to store your belongings in a self-storage facility, it is important to know the terms and conditions in advance. In this way, there will be no surprises in the future. 1.1. All amounts payable under this contract are limited exclusively to VAT. 1.2. All room sizes are approximate and we assume no responsibility for their accuracy. If you accept our fees, you agree that this applies to the space you occupy, not to all the spaces represented. 2.
As long as our fees are paid up to the current date, we grant you, but no other person: 2.1.1, to use the space for storing goods in space, in accordance with this Agreement, from the start date until the end of this contract; and 2.1.2, to have access to the space at any time during access hours, only for the purpose of depositing, removing, arousal or inspecting goods and your periodic inspection of space for the deterioration or incapacity of goods. Access to the room is not allowed for other purposes or outside of access hours. We will endeavour to notify in advance of changes in access times in the store, but we reserve the right to re-establish access times to other appropriate access times at any time without notice. 2.2 Expanded access is possible between the hours indicated in the customer`s storage contract. We reserve the right to refuse any customer request for extended access and to charge you another reasonable fee for the time and expense of resolving extended access issues if you have not used the service correctly. We also reserve the right to withdraw this service from you or to adapt the hours of access to our full discretion. 3. Only you and those authorized in writing or accompanied by you („Authorized Persons“) have access to the room. Each of these people is your agent for whom you are responsible and responsible for us and other Users of Rooms at the Store. You can revoke any authorization at any time, but the revocation only takes effect when we have received it in writing.
We may ask them, or any other person, for proof of identity (although we are not obliged or otherwise obligated to do so) and we may deny access to a person (including you) who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of identity. We may deny you access at any time, to you or your agents, if we believe, at our sole discretion, that the security of a person in the store or the security of the space, its contents or any other space or content is compromised. 4. You are responsible for providing a secure padlock for the space. You must ensure that the room is closed to be safe from unauthorized entry at any time if you are not in the room. We are not responsible for closing the unlocked rooms. You are responsible for removing the castle from your room at the end of this contract. You should not leave your key to someone other than your own agent or allow you to access your room, which is responsible in front of you and subject to your control, and if you do so, you do so at your own risk, whether it is our agent or our staff.
